Equestrian Properties

I have been involved in the equestrian world for my entire life. In fact, in March 2010 my horse, Loose Lucy, and I won two Masters Jumper events at the FTI Winter Equestrian Facility.

I am keyed into the equestrian community on every level and am intimately involved with the horse show world and all the players in that world. My contacts are both national and international. The majority of my referred business comes from connections within the horse world.

In 2009, I sold 'October Farm', one of the most beautiful and well designed horse farms in the Northeast, located in Conyer's Farm. It closed at the end of August. I also sold more than 1,000 acres in Pawling. In 2008, I sold to a 'riding family' a 42 acre farm in Armonk for their private equestrian use. I also sold a high profile,112 acre property in Bedford.

There isn't anyone else that has sold as many major horse properties as I have in the tri-state area. In addition, no one else has sold as many horse properties in 2009 as I have--even in a buyers' market! Horses are my passion and I love the detail and intricacies of each property.

I have owned two horses that, over the years, were chosen for the Olympic Show Jumping Teams which have helped me forge relationships with the international horse community as well as the local riding organizations, equestrian professionals and owners. My husband and I own a horse farm in Bedford Hills and, therefore, I am always up to date with the local 'horse' news, the trail systems, etc.

Although it is still a buyers' real estate market, the clientele involved with horses is very unique. There are still buyers out there looking at horse properties and I have the tools to reach them. In addition, I have the knowledge and can find the perfect equestrian property for any buyer, with sensitivity to their own specific needs, throughout New York and Connecticut.
